We have negotiated an introductory fee with our supplier partners, enabling us to reward you for purchasing through Iridium. You will receive notification of the amount when you enquire regarding an item in the Collection and/or Gifts categories, as well as some services within CLUB77 Concierge. Upon the completion of the successful transaction, you will receive confirmation of the amount you, or a registered family member, can spend with us at that time, or accrue for a later date.

When creating Iridium, it was important to find a mechanism to support worthy charitable causes throughout the world. As such, we operate a simple programme of giving which means that every time an item is purchased through the Collection, Gifts and selected CLUB77 Concierge categories, we and our supplier partners donate 10% of our introductory fee. Our nominated charity for 2021/22 is Centrepoint in the UK, supporting the young and homeless. In particular, we are supporting their Independent Living Project which provides the homeless with suitable accommodation to then gain employment. In the event that you would rather support one of your preferred good causes, please advise us and we will ensure they receive the donation on your behalf.
If you would like to support this most admirable of causes separately, please contact Tony Fisher at tony@iridiumluxury.com. This could be with a cash donation and/or prize for a competition to help them raise funds. This can be done with or without your recognition.
ACHIEVING BEST PRICE
As we work closely with our global network of supplier partners, your enquiry is immediately routed to them for a swift response to you. You will then be looked after by a specialist for the item/service you’re interested in. As the price shown on Iridium mimicks the supplier partner’s price, it is for you to negotiate an improved price, if achievable. Iridium can negotiate on your behalf if this is preferrable. In most cases, the asking price is the lowest price possible, especially as a number of items in the Collection are rare and/or limited edition.
ACCESS TO OFF-MARKET LUXURY ITEMS*
A number of our supplier partners have off-market luxury commodities available for purchase, especially property, and we can bring these to your attention as a registered member of Iridium which is only accessible via private introduction. These are notated with the listing or contained within specific categories within the Collection, Gifts and/or CLUB77 Concierge. Please advise us of your interest in receiving information on off-market items if you haven’t already done so via your registration.
