Current approvals
As the only existing lot of this size on the island that offers this combination of natural treasures, privacy, amenities AND easy access, the spirit behind the overall planning for the current existing approvals was the following:
To create a development connected to the surrounding natural assets of the rainforest and the sea, based on a spirit of conservancy and sustainability
That each inhabitant could responsibly enjoy the benefits of the astonishing bounty the entire Speyside property provides by creating a large eco-recreation area and planning for small-scale farming initiatives
To maximize the enjoyment of the beach frontage location as well as the prime diving sites
To contribute to building a community that collectively benefits economically from responsible stewardship of this unique location
