Allenby Capital was formed in 2009. Since then we have steadily built both our team and our corporate client list. The business is 100% owned by its employees.

We are both a Nominated Adviser and Broker for the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market and an adviser on the NEX market. As such, Allenby Capital is able to offer a full range of advisory services to companies currently quoted on (or wishing to join) either market.

Nick trained as a chartered accountant, qualifying in 1992. Since qualifying he has acted as a corporate broker and investment banker at Credit Lonnais Securities (1994 to 2000), Robert W. Baird Limited (2000 to 2004) and Noble & Company (2005 to 2008). During his career he has advised a wide variety of companies on numerous transactions, including fund raisings, acquisitions and restructurings as well as acting as finance director to an online retailer. Nick joined Allenby Capital in July 2009 and became its CEO in July 2011.
