The Generation 525 luxury yacht tender is the result of extensive research, design and development, resulting in a superb console boat. Walker Bay have thought through every detail and then put this design through robust testing to deliver a Deluxe RIB unlike any other.
The extra deep V-hull in all Walker Bay Generation luxury yacht tenders is ideal for cutting through water. In addition, the customised petrol tank fits in the bow section of the keel, moving weight forward in the boat to further reduce the impact of any chop, enhance comfort and contribute to early planing.
As the Generation 525 luxury yacht tender propels forward, the concave chines deflect the water down, reducing spray and increasing hull traction for purposeful and easy manoeuvring. The stern of the hull, meanwhile, flattens out to facilitate planing at low speeds. Above the water, the sloping design of the bow step pushes the boat down at the front while the downward curve of the stern lifts the tail to increase stability and handling.
Walker Bay pays attention to every essential detail regarding quality control. For example, where typical RIBs may have an air cavity between the hull and deck, Walker Bay bonds the hull and deck together using a unidirectional glass and a polyurethane stringer grid bonding system. This absorbs the impact from wave chop, makes the hull stronger and lighter and provides permanent positive flotation for a better handling and longer lasting boat.
Walker Bay is proud to use Hypalon - Orca CSM as a premium tube material. Orca CSM is engineered to withstand high UV exposure in tropical climates. Walker Bay guarantee their Orca CSM tubes for 10 years, the longest warranty in the industry.

Walker Bay’s Spider Stringer Grid construction absorbs the impact from wave chop, makes the hull stronger and lighter, and provides permanent positive flotation without increasing the overall boat weight. The stringer manufacturing system allows for a more even integrated distribution load through the hull giving it extra strength when the boat is lifted. The stringer grid also connects to the transom for better transfer of power from the engine to the hull and improved planning and performance in rough conditions.
